love that quote, maybe something that goes with that? Something big in black and grey above it. Just throwing ideas but maybe something to do with time running out (living once) and death? Maybe something with clocks and skulls?

The quote makes perfect sense, it’s well known. Google it. It doesn’t mean literally be alive, it means some people merely exist and don’t live life to its full potential!
