    I just got my first tattoo a couple days ago of a Triskelion. I like it because it’s a very simple design but I’ve gotten alot of opinions saying I should add onto it. I was thinking of maybe adding the word of what each leg represents on the inside part of each leg (spirit, mind, body) in Latin..I was just wondering if anyone had any other ideas to spice it up a bit.

    I think it would look real cool if you added flames shooting from the center in between each leg.

    Hi could always add a triquetra so that the legs pass through each hoop.

    The latin would work but there is also the various runes that could be used from norse mythology.

    Just tossing some ideas in there.

    I really like the triquetra idea..I would definitely need an artist to draw it up first though to see if it would look alright.

    I’ve decided that I’m going to get a small triquetra in the middle of the triskelion..can’t decide on what color though. I wanted to do orange to give it an Irish feel to it but I don’t think it would stand out too much. Would black look good especially when it crosses over onto the green?
