Got this done about 2 months ago. I have been busy with the apprenticeship, and my full time job….So being around the shop has been all learning and working! I will have the shading finished up when I get to tattooing and can actually set an appointment for myself!!! Hope you guys and gals enjoy.
Looks good.
What’s the story behind this piece?
Thanks alot. I love it….and hopefully can get it finished off soon. Id like to incorporate a roman lion of some ort, maybe the lion head that is used as a “knocker” on some of pre modern doors. Other arm is going to be color, and have alread begun my side…..all by the teacher.
What’s the story behind this piece?
Story is basically….I wanted something to signify conspiracies. The lady on the front, on the roman styled column represents being blinded, having the wool over the eyes. There are other hidden images tucked away in the filigree. You have the skull near the elbow, for skull and bones, and a spider nested on the inner fore arm, for relation to the tiny spider hidden on the U.S. dollar.
Hmm.. pretty interesting. That’s pretty cool.
Thanks. Just shooting for some original art, original ideas. I do appreciate the comments though.
Heres my bicep on the same arm….I love this all red piece! This is about 8 months old…maybe a little older. Still bright and vibrant.
You’d hope it was still vibrant after only 8 months 🙂
Your mentor does some awesome work, learn as much as you can from him!
Damm fine work right there!I dig all the filigree stuff
Looks like you have a fine teacher:cool:
Thanks a ton guys!
