Finally had my sleeve finished a month or so ago. Work started back in August and my last appointment was in early February.
Roughly 40 hours work in total and some of it covers up an old tattoo that I had removed by laser treatment. I posted about the laser treatment a while back when I first had it done and the thread is at the link below…
Anyways, here’s some pics. First the old tattoo and a how it looked after some laser treatment…
And the final finished sleeve – the concept is based around images taken from Italian cult movie posters from the 60’s and 70’s with the background being filled with abstract art in the style of Italian ‘futurist’ artist Gino Severini.
Wow, that looks great! Different theme, but the colors and the artwork look amazing. I really like it.
wow……holy hell……that is some amazing work. my favorite piece is the eye in the bend of your elbow. congrats on your ink. who is your tattooist? any future ink plans?
Patrick

That is some amazing work.
Props to you and the artist.
Thanks for the kind words everyone.
Artist is Louis at Middleton Tattoo here in the UK. He did the laser removal too.
I’ll likely have the other arm done at some point, just need to save up some more money first! 😀

Absolutely love it dude. Great work all around. Glad all worked out for you with laser followed with a cover!
great – try and get some pics from the other side too !!
I really like your design, all the elements work very well together. Great choice and great execution!
What a great piece of art, love the figures at the top.
Not quite sure what you mean? The pictures start on the inside of my arm and then run right around to the other side. If you check the lady weaing the catsuit who has green hair you’ll see her in the first pic and then again in the last one…
Never been Louis Malloy’s biggest fan, but that is awesome. Might just have to change my opinion of him now!
