Anything can be covered. The question is: why would you want to cover it? it looks like a halfway decent tattoo to me. Maybe you should add a body and some background.

If not, You can certainly cover it up. What are your thoughts as to what you want to cover it with?

I reckon work with it, give the head a body and a facelift and you’ll have a really nice looking tattoo
