this is the start of my “where the wild things are” leg sleeve. this is my favorite kids book and has been since i can remember. i had the story version of moeshe on my arm, but i got it covered up recently and now i have the movie version of moeshe (known as “carol” in the movie) on my thigh. ironically enough, the movie came out on my birthday! i think it was destiny.
anyways this was done by the amazing cecil porter while he was guesting at tower tattoos in fresno and took about 6hrs. i am crossing my fingers as ive already talked to nikko hurtado to do a collaboration piece of max with my sons face.

What are your plans? Are you just going to “go with the flow” or do have every detail planned? When are you going for more work?
thanks guys! i think i am just going to let cecil pick out what screen shots he likes the best and go with that. i havent decided on background yet but im thinking trees and/or vines. maybe even add the ship sailing to the island by my lower leg (where max will be).
cecil has been trying to get this done asap, but i have been busy plus im going overseas for 3 weeks for vacation so as soon as i get back (in august) i will try to book sessions with him.
