Just thought I’d drop by with an update on some more of my cover up work, done Friday.

Before Cover Up:
Old school swallow with ex gf’s name and heart with arrow
After 1st Session: (2 hours)
Replaced with japanese snake design with paper lantern & lotus flower.
Thanks guys…. obviously lots more to do, but was pleased with it considering I’m just 2 hours in 😎
Take my hat off to Ondine, it really can’t be easy covering up that old school crap, but she just grabs a pen and readjusts the lines freehand where necesarry to get it as close as she can, hoping this is going to be nice and colourful when done, my only gripe with Ondine is she always uses alot of white & the colours are out within a few months, looks great at the start but shite onece its gone, why don’t artists consider this more when they use it so much? :confused:

The design in the lantern means nothing really, Ondine the artist just did it to help obliterate the outline of the love heart, would have prefered it without but I just let her do her thing, she seems to know what works best and I trust her.
Just glad the old school stuff is gone as it reresented bad times for me, it was an ex girlfriends name in the swallows scrol and the heart was also done when we were together, after a 3 year relationship she cheated on me with my best friend and then left me! I now have the love of a good woman who I have been with for over 10yrs so having this particular work done has been very liberating and was well over due 😎
