First I’m not sure if this is the wright spot to post this so admins feel free to relocate this thread or let me know.

On to matter at hand.

I’m looking for an artist that is fluent in traditional Japanese tattoos.
I don’t want any artist that does “walk ins”.
I have no problem spending $175 hr. if they’re worth it. It’s my skin and I highly value it.
