SO…..WHAT DO YOU GUYS THINK? Is it done nicely or should I go back and make a tattoo guy return me my money ? lol

He’s trying to say you have a nice body Vicky and he can see the side of your breast a bit. A lot of people will say this when a girl has a tattoo on her side and she go’s to show it when they can see the girls body.

To be fair the tat wasnt all that and there wasnt a lot else to see. You would have to be very very sheltered and a bit desperate to get much af a jolly.
