Ok these are cell phone pics from right after the session, Its hard to tell what it is, but in the end the swirls and negative space mixed with water will fill in some area, here is where my cover up is beginning, you can see the old tattoo in this photo.
You can see it wrap around here, you can see the faint lines where water ripples and such will be
good progress, its really coming along, no sense rushing, heals much better in small pieces
It’s coming along well, going to look awesome once finished 🙂
Look forward to more updates
Cheers,
Marcus
Oh I love this piece so much, I’m getting some real ink jealousy! The more u add to it the more I like it, can’t wait to see it when it’s done! X
Fridays session, We did some more shading up at the neckline and added some blossoms, Some blossoms arent in the photo as they are wrapping around on my side of rib cage. But every session makes such a major difference at this point. I didnt set up a time for next month yet, but Ill update as I go.
I am really loving this piece more and more each time you post new pics! I would gladly have that on my back but i would love my Mrs to get something like this as I think it is very sexy aswell!
WOW…this is a really amazing piece you’ve got going on!!!
How many more sessions do you think you have left?
How many more sessions do you think you have left?
Im not really sure at this point. Im just a little over half way id say. The dragon gets a lot of detail in addition to color, so does the tree. The sun set still needs carried over, there are more blossoms, all the water, and it wraps around to the front on both sides. The koi side wasnt even started, the trunk side still needs a lot as well.
I sit 4-5 hours per session. I try to get in at least once a month.
Ok I had another session, it was a horrible spot. We got a lot of color added to the dragon bring him to life a little bit.Big change this session. He along with the entire piece still needs a lot of work, but Its definitely amazing after each session.
Wicked colour choice for the dragon, the sharpness of the green really goes well with all the light shades of colour.
lol I sound like an art critic
looks really good, it has brought the dragon to life
