Hey fellas!
I had my 2’nd (and last) sitting this monday.
Unfortionately he was a guestartist and fully booked – thus the 2’nd sitting was “squeezed” in before another customer a week after the first one.
It felt like the 2nd sitting was rushed – and the hair / ear of the tattoo feels kind of rough.
Opinions?
(Sorry about the quality of the images, and all the lose ink – still shedding…)

It feels rough as in the texture does not feel smooth? Or do you mean it looks rough?
To me it is a great looking tattoo the ear does look a bit weird but I would have never noticed it if you hadn’t metioned it.
Congrats on a great tattoo be happy
Hmm okey, guess the hair aint that bad then ^^
The ear is kind of annoying though :O
I think it’s bad ass! Looks great, would have never noticed the ear if you didn’t point it out. It’s a little strange but it’s something no one will notice unless pointed out ya know? The hair is fine too, sometimes we see things in our tattoos others don’t and that’s just because we stare at them all the time I think. Don’t obsess about it, let it go, you have a bad ass tattoo!
Damn, should have listened to my mate’s advice and not look to closely on my own tat… just noticed one eye is missing upper eyelashes xD
Lmao go get it touched up
That ear isn’t messed up. It’s just an elf.
…unless you didn’t want an elf, of course 😀
Looks good man.
Soo…
IF i wanted to touch it up (add the missing eyelashes, somehow magically fix the ear and hair?) and the artist is not in the country anymore…
Good idea or bad idea to let some other artist do it – how do they feel about fixing other people’s stuff?
What should i do?
Wait until the tattooist can come back and do it

Hmm, think the ear/hair is salvageable?
I don’t want it to look worse ^^
If not – i’d only be there for some eyelashes, which feels weird…
Most artist would be able to fill that in, right?
I honestly don’t see the problem with the ear, but any competent artist would be able to fix whatever you think is wrong with it IF you can actually explain to them exactly what is wrong with it.
It’s best to leave it to the original artist though. Might even get it as part of the free touchup.
