I’m not sure exactly what happened to the tattoo, because I’ve never gotten one before this, and I don’t know much about tattoos. The ink looks kinda splotchy and I’m not sure if there’s anything I can do other than get it done over, or if i’ll get the same result if I do so. Yes that’s fixable!
Though be aware that when you get tattooed on the fingers and hand in general that ink can come out through your pores over time.
it’s also advised no ointments or creams especially on hands when healing. This is because your already going to sweat like your body naturally does.
