    Hi on my 18th birthday i want to get a tattoo like this one:

    I have wanted this tat for just over a year! i love it to death! i was wondering how much pain would i go through with this one and how long the recovery would be?

    Also if anyone has any ideas for similar but smaller ones for my shoulder blade, hip bone or lower back. i would like to stay with the whole black and gray coloring but if not thats ok.
    but anything would help me!!! thank you so so much!!! 🙂

    Welcome to the forums

    Thats a great looking tat and in terms of pain the ribs are somewhat tender so you will probably feel it.

    What a beautiful design though. Where was that design from originally? which artist did the work?
