Hello all. I am new to this site and pretty new to the world of tattoos. I don’t have one currently, but am defiantly thinking about getting my first done here in the next few months. I am in the military, stationed in Ventura County, California. Any help with a good parlor or artist would be helpful. My first will more than likely be a portrait of my daughter with her name under it. Any reccomendations for a good artist who does portraits would be of great help too. Thanks everyone……
