hi all. i’m new here and looking for suggestions/opinions. i am getting a memorial tattoo for my friend who died in a motorcycle accident. i want a four leaf clover, ace of spades, dice, and the yamaha logo but i can’t get it to all come together. maybe some smoke or flames or something would help? i don’t know, i have picked my artist, just haven’t had a chance to go down to get him to draw it for me. i’d like to know ahead of time if there is even any way to do it without it all looking disconnected if that makes sense:confused:
it should be possible but it depends on what size you want it, it might look overcrowded if it is too small
x2 on this. its gonna have to be fairly large to turn out real good
how big are we talking? i know it won’t be tiny b/c of everything going on. i’m thinking it will be a side piece, haven’t decided on rib or hip though, so i should have room. i’m having trouble fitting the logo into it all, it just seems out of place:(
here is just a quick idea that you could elaborate on
i don’t know where you got that outlaw, i’ve been looking for days but its fantastic, i love it. i will probably personalize it a bit, and make the yamaha blue, but its perfect, thank you so much!
your welcome, im just happy to be of any help… like i say it was just a quick idea i had.
i think the dice could be larger to even the piece out, as it looks left side heavy at the moment….
and it could all do with a dropped shadow.. but its something for you to play about with 😉
let me know if ya need anymore help with it
yeah i was definitely thinking of some shadow, and maybe 2 dice instead of making a really big one? that might make the card look too small lol, idk. i will definitely be able to work with this though, i actually got some tears in my eyes seeing that it can be pulled together. i thought i was going to have to abandon it and find something else and this design means a lot soo… i’m visiting my artist this weekend and will take it with me for them to help with it. i will definitely post pictures when its finished!
