Hello all,
I had my first tattoo done last Thursday and through the power of Google have found this site. I really enjoy forums and am apart of others relating to other interests of mine. I look forward to getting some inspiration, tips, and whatever other advice I can use to put forth to my future tattoos (not stopping at just one 😎 ) I am thinking of getting a half sleeve on my left arm for my next project but this will be far in the future, I really want to put a lot of time and thought in what I want.
Below is a picture of my tattoo, *note* this was taken the second day and I plan on taken another pic once fully healed.
It is a Bohemian Coat of Arms which represents the former Kingdom of Bohemia (which now is apart of the present day Czech Republic) where my family is from. The above text reads “Fajkus”, that is my last name and the below text reads “Rodinny Prvni” which is Czech and loosely translates to “family first” in English.
and here is the original in which the artist had to work from
looks pretty sweet man, very well done. wear it proud
Congrats on the new ink. Looks great.

I like it – looking forward to seeing a healed pic.
Really good looking work, want to see it when it’s completely healed up.

That’s a sweet tattoo man, great work goin’ on there. I cant wait to see what it looks like when its all healed up. I like the story behind it too, the fact that it actually means something to you personally and represents you makes it a good story piece. Nice detail in it aswell.
Thanks man, much appreciated. I didn’t want to tattoo my body unless I had a reason for doing so and I I’m very happy with the work of the tattoo artist I went to, Plan on more future work by him 🙂
