Hello everyone,

My name is Heather and I have just begun my apprenticeship. I’ve been drawing since I can remember and went to college to be an art teacher. I gave that up to join the AF and now 8.5 years into my AF career, I started drawing more and I’ve matured more and more. I love to challenge myself with art but I do know what I can’t do at the moment but my goal is to push my artistic boundaries. I have a lot of my recent art on my facebook artwork folder. Knowing what I’m comfortable with drawing, I’m starting to think I’ll be a great black and grey artist when I start tattooing, but I have a lot of faith in my instructor and she’s awesome with color so I know she’ll teach me a lot. I’ll be working in a small shop in Hardy, AR and I have a healthy nervousness to my instruction. Hopefully my apprenticeship will commence in August if I don’t deploy in May. Fingers’ crossed that I leave in September. :rolleyes:
