I am new here odviouisly and am currently constructing a tattoo parlor and am looking for a way to get in contact with shop owners for advice and what to watch… I am just the owner I amature tattoo but have licensed artists… I need any and all tips for running a shop… Just the stuff that you have to look out for

First of all, if you want your shop to stay open, don’t you dare tattooing anyone yourself with your “amature tattoo” skillz.
Secondly, this is a business, and one with a lot of competition. Do you REALLY think that somebody is going to give you true tips on how best to run your shop so you can put them out of a job?
