    I like all the artists except for “Puffy” Omi James who is an asshole IMO. But my favorite is Kat Von D. That lady has a ton of talent and 2 tons of class

    Hands down Chris Garver he is the best all around. He has the great skill as an artist plus the endless knowledge of a great tattooer. So yeah it’s Garver.

    I think it depends on what type of tattoos. I think chris is awesome… I would for sure go to Kat if I wanted a portrait or another black/white. ami is pretty good at the chinese/japanese art… depends on what a person would want…
