I have my ears done too. yes getting your cartaalige piercerd does hurt. It hurts worse than just getting you lobs piercerd. But i don’t think it will make you cry or anything. The worse part is after you get it piercerd. Trying to sleep on that side of you head. That will hurt for like a month.

YES!!! My older sister has it pierced and it still hurts till now

it hurts bit more and takes longer to heal. That just what I know from girls at my school. I only have my left ear pierced.

I am gonna say something that will probably pizzzzz people off, but this comes from my sons and the guys they hang around with(college level good looking not nerds) part of them like the multi ear pierce thing, but most do not, they think it looks a tad “nasty”. Just an old foggies point passed from others….you ever pass someone and just in an instant from their appearance you make a snap judgement…..first impressions can never be made again…

Eh it hurts but not to bad. It’s really sore after wards though. I have 5 in one ear and 3 in the other.

no not really i have like 3 cartalige peircings in all and they look so cool but i used to have 4 and it had an infection witch sux about them but it basically feels like a pinch but i must say it does hurt when you sleep on the cartalige peirced ear but at least it doesnt hurt after a few months it goes away
I got mine done when i was 17, i’m now 19. I now have 4 piercings on lobe, and 1 in my cartalidge. It hurts a little bit worse than getting your lobe done, and it goes away like a minute after. but then it feels like its hot. It’s not that bad. I actually had 2 done, but i took the 2nd one out.

Yes, it hurts.
And honestly, I think it hurt worse than getting my tattoo. Plus it’s a pain in the rear because you have to keep it really clean other wise it will get infected and cause a WHOLE other set of problems and even leave you with a deformed ear. If your going to do it, get it PROFESSIONALLY done, keep the area very clean, DON’T TOUCH IT until it heals, and it will take a few months and maybe even a full year to heal depending on your body’s reaction.
i have 6 peircings in my cartilage and yes it hurts a lot more than a normal peircing. the one thing i want to point out is that, at least with me, the cartilage is more prone to infections. i’m 28 and got my first one at 16. and sometimes they still get infected unlike any of my other peircings. also all the years of sleeping on them has made my ears into a bit of a different shape than they started as. if i change the earings in them or take them out for a couple months they always get reinfected, and it’s not because of anything i’m doing because i don’t have these problems with any of my other many peircings. i have 9 in one ear 7 in the other as well as lip, nose, and 2 navel. i personally love the look though so deal with it.
