I got my cartilage pierced (helix) in May, about three months ago… I’ve been cleaning it with sea salt water twice a day like piercer told me to do but a large grey bump has developed above the hole on the outside of my ear. I don’t know if it is a sign of infection or just scar tissue? It isn’t red and it hasn’t been leaking anything abnormal but this bump just concerns me.
