    Hey, they screwed the ball onto the ring to tight and cant get it off. Is there a spray that might loosen it up or could I use a pair of pliers with cloth to protect the ring ? (not my belly button ring btw ha ha).

    If you use plyers…
    Be really carefull that you keep the hand holding the actual ring from yanking when the ball is finally loosened.

    Yanking on a piercing with such force could be a nono.

    I would have to say that if you can’t get it off with anything, use plyers as a last resort. But like she said above my post here, be EXTRA CAREFUL with it. You could end up with a ripped and bloody belly button.
