I’m thinking of getting my nostril pierced after I find a new job and find out what their policy is on facial piercings. My question: Can the piercer use a glass retainer for the initial piercing? In case the company has a zero tolerance on facial piercings, I still want to be able to have the piercing and I think this would be the only way to get around that. Because nostril piercings that I’ve seen with clear retainers in aren’t all that noticeable unless you know what you’re looking for.
