    Just curious about the lipo, do you have to change your diet or anything, won’t the fat just come back if you don’t?

    Nope. Adult fat doesn’t return once removed.

    yes but since the fat cells are removed others must grow quickly to store the extra dietary fat consumed. So men tend to grow breast or big asses after lipo
