Hi, so I got my first tattoo a week ago today (Monday) and have been doing the aftercare instruction given to me by my artist which is to put lotion on it a couple times a day..right now the tattoo is peeling but do have some questions

At the day 4 mark I was concerned about the thick black scabbing which has since fallen off..might of fell of due to it healing or when I was sleeping and it was ripped off by accident..
