it is still itchy and i still am keeping lotion on it, my question is, is it OK at this point for me to take a bath??
My tat is on my lower back so it will be submerged the whole time plus i like my baths hot and long…
still debating if weather or not it will be safe.
    ~Thanks~

After 12 days my shoulder tattoo was still itchy but basically healed, so I’d say taking a bath will be fine.

Instead of lotion, try vitamin E or Gold Bond Extreme Moisture lotion. It’s what I used for my second tattoo and it healed a whole lot better than my first. Also, it will clear the itching up pretty quick and lasts for about 6-8hrs.
