good post, it doesnt look like its good for tattoos (new ones anyway) but then again the sun would be far more harmful. Here in NZ we have the highest rate of skin cancer in the world due to the sun, you can get badly burnt in a couple of minutes here, i just coverup and try to avoid it, im not fussed that im lilly white either, rather be white than dead.
