Was wondering if anyone has used this stuff? I want to protect my investment and anytime I’m going to be outside for a little bit I’d throw some on. But all the other stuff actually stinks like that suncreen smell. These are suppose to have a little frangrance to them. Also what do you guys and gals use, spf 30 or 50?

just use regular sunscreen. no need for the “tattoo specific” crap. they just call it that so they can put a higher price tag on it. just use regular old sunscreen, of the highest spf you can get. i think the ish i have right now is no-ad spf 45. or something. works fine.

Right.
Anything that blocks UV is fine. Ignore the hype. Tanning causes the formation of melanin in the skin. This breaks down fine particle dissemination in most tattoo pigments. This will spread, soften, and fade fineline tattoo work. Whites and light colors suffer the worst. High quality inks (Fusion, Eternal, Intenz) which feature both large and small micro-pigment particles in suspension should resist fading better. I wouldnt want to test that theory though. Too much money invested to let my ink bake in the sun!
Block the UV, no sweat.
