Hey, I received my first tattoo today and bought Bacitracin Zinc from wallgreens. Would that be an okay ointment. I’ve read online that its not for those who are allergic to zinc which I am not.

First off, it would have been better for you if you’d asked before you purchased.. just saying. 🙂

But you should not be using any ointments on your fresh ink that contain any weird added materials. I don’t know what that thing is that you bought, but it sounds bad.. what does the Zinc do?
