Hi everyone, I’m new here  – I’m from the U.S. and currently living in East europe for school.

I Found a tattoo shop, spoke with an artist, put a deposit on a work. That Same night the owner calls me and wants another 100 bucks so i get it to him. Today we started on the project and completed 8 hours. After I got home the owner calls me again saying he would like the rest of the money because he needs it to pay for a new website or something…So i give it to him because at the shop he didnt want to take the money until the work was done even though i offered to pay. (the total cost is 350 USD which here is a months salary)

could you please look at the work and tell me what you think in general for 8 hours first session? any insight would be appreciated. I looked on google for ‘first session’ tattoos and have a feeling perhaps my artist is a slow worker or perhaps is a complex design?
