yeah i do like that placement but id say for a place like that you just want something simple and kind of sweet. like i might do a black and grey heart, with nice shading, or just something along those lines
obviously a tattoo is really personal though so its hard to say for you haha

i would get your favorite saying in chinese symbols, i would do it real small tho, so it doesn’t take up much space, or, you could get two little ?hearts? that are connected, but not filled in. my friend has it on the inside of her right ankle and it is ah-dorable.

the placement of the tattoo is really cute and feminine, but i think you should choose a daintier design for an ankle tattoo, the one in the picture looked a bit blocky. Something like a flower, star, or anklet would look really cute in my opinion, but go with whatever you like. look up some designs online or in tattoo books until you find one you really like, becuase its hard to get unwanted tattoos removed later on.
