I’ve had this tattoo for about three years now, it was my first tattoo that took three visits to complete – mainly because I didn’t really know what I wanted and I didn’t like it so I’d tried and make it better.
Anyway, today I noticed nine little imprinted dots (too big to be needle marks and since the area isn’t tattooed..) between the shaded area and the lettering.
I’m not too worried about it but I just want to know what it is.
Also, I’m new around here so hey 🙂
Can’t see too clearly on that picture but it starts from above the B and ends above the W.

It could be a condition known as Petechiea which is broken capillaries (blood vessels) under the skin.
There are many reasons for this
B-12 deficiency
Coughing, sneezing violently or scratching at the skin.
Also if you take a lot of blood thinning drugs such as aspirin can cause it.
Usually quite harmless but if see a marked increase or feel sick or anything i would advise a blood test and theyc an measure any issues.
