Hey !

I have a tattoo and i want to take it to another level. I’m thinking to do something around it. Like tribal or like maori tattoo. But i cant make up my mind. Got any ideas ?

[1] Like I say to everyone; introduce yourself in the “INTRODUCE YOURSELF” section. It’s just something nice to do.

[2] I personally have no taste for tribal.

[3] Tribal IMO will take away from the lettering.

[4] What does it say?

[5] Why don’t you add like a scroll around it, and add some more work Asian work around it?

Hi

If I am honest maori would kind of odd against an asian style tattoo. Whilst tribal can work have you considered something along the lines of japanese/chinese floral or wind/smoke.

Who did the original work

I have lost track of the amount of times I have gone to my tattooist with ideas and he goes – “well what about this this would work better” (He is a fine arts graduate)

I go “doh yeah – that’s why you are the professional and I am the customer”

Take it to your guy and see what he suggests – as the others have said certain art will make it “too busy” or you will lose the original tattoo other art will enhance the original piece
