1. B – give the decent artists the coverage they deserve. Anyway, there’s not a heap of celebrities who are covered in decent tattoos.
2. All of them, plus articles on why you shouldn’t go to scratchers, complete with pictures.
3. None listed, I usually buy them to get ideas and draw inspiration, so a nice amount of variety is the key in each edition.
