I was seeing if someone can give me an approximate price for a tattoo like this on the shoulder area- not the back of the shoulder but right on the shoulder/arm area. I know it is going to vary depending on where I go but if I can get a round about it will help me determine if I am going to get it sooner or later. Thanks!
