My filipino brother. Good to see you on here. Unfortunately i dont have an answer for you. But you might want to try googling Alibata tattoos. It might help. The problem with filipino tribal is there are so many dialects in the philipines, and i mean hundreds. It could be from any dialect. I would say its worse than translating japanese kanji. You dont wont that exact design anyhow. Check this sight out, maybe it can help you.
