Hey. Im getting my first tattoo soon and am getting it across my back. I was looking for some design ideas because i want something original. but i am a horrible artist so im asking for all of your guys help! = ] . I was born with 2 holes in my heart and want my ink to represent my open heart surgery. I want it to be crazy sick most likely using the caduceus symbol. Please help me design my tattoo. Ill pay whoever gives the best design 50$ through paypal too. Thanks guys! 😀

You are best saving your money and taking the dsign to an artist who best represents your personal taste in art design.
The reason for this is that you can have an artist draw up a spanking creation and for the tattoo artist to say X won’t work or I will redesign it according to my skills. That way you end up paying twice for a design.
You will never end up with the exact same deisgn.
