Welcome to the forum. It’s probably the most unpainful area you could get a tattoo. Go to a artist and ask for a price it’s pointless us guessing.
Welcome to the forum. I’m sure it will look fine on your bicep. 🙂
Won’t hurt a bit.
It will cost between $15 and $1500 depend on the artist. Take your time and find the right artist, cost should not be a concern except to know how much to bring with you.
And don’t get someones tattoo get your own.

^ what he said
Pain is a funny thing, however I found the biceps one of the least painful areas.
I agree with Buttwheat.
Ask to look at the tattooists portfolio, most will offer you a look before you get a chance to ask, the better artists are rightfully proud of their work and will take any chance to show it off.
size of bicep doesnt matter much, just needs to big enough to hoild the piece, you dont want to cram too much into too small a space, tattooes do move a little and grow over time, too much detail in too small a place can get hard to see well…..your artist will advise how big to make it and how much detail,
pricing is always up to them, some guys work for under 100 an hour, some guys are 400, we simply cant give you an accurate estimate,
getting your arm tattooed on outside of upper arm is probably the leats painful spot on the body
