Hey all, just curious as to what the experts on this forum suggest/recommend. I’m looking for an amazing black and grey artist in the New Jersey area. I’m from central jersey and just looking for suggestions. I’m particularly a fan of Richie Panara from Dark Star Tattoos in Tom’s River NJ but just looking to explore and see who else is out where so I can get my next design drawn up. i look forward to hearing your suggestions 🙂

The few good artists that I know of in Jersey specialize more in new school color and classic traditional. If I wanted a good black and grey tattoo I would get the hell out of Jersey and go to someone like Shane O’Neill or Steve Wimmer in PA or I also like Victor Modafferi in Staten Island, NY.

thanks for the responses i’m definitely going to check them out. where does shane o’neil usually tattoo? i notice hes a guest artist at bullseye. at least thats whats stated on the website

He goes between his shops in DE and PA when he isn’t traveling. Steve Wimmer and Eric (same shop) are also really good.
