Possible blow out?

I got a tattoo done on Friday the 7th. It’s been looking fine until yesterday I start noticing like a halo effect around a lot of the black lines.. so after some googling about I’ve started worrying if this is a blow out. I took a photo to show what it looks like now. It’s obviously just a few days old.
