Hi guys

A friend has a coloured tattoo that he is planning on getting removed, he wants a larger black piece that will cover about half of the old coloured tattoo in different places.

If the artist does the black piece first, with roughly half of it covering the coloured tattoo, will my friend be able to get a laser removal specialist to now only laser what is needed to be removed of the old coloured tattoo?

The black should cover the colour so instead of getting the old coloured tattoo totally removed he thought that this way would save him both time and money.

any thoughts or suggestions?
