There are or course several great studios within your area however try here if you want it this year.
My favorite bloke is Rob at skin line in Redruth, very good at free hand and very resonable, also tattoo bob in penryn is very good but its all template work and a little more expensive but he does use good quality ink which hasnt faded on me, ill add some of my tattoos to my profile so you can see some of there work
