    Im looking for a new school artist, I want something with some really bold colors. Not looking for googley eyed people or crazy abstract images, I have just noticed that it seems the new school oriented tattooists seem to really pack in the colors and have an awesome pop to their work. Im in south Mississippi, and New Orleans area, but im willing to travel a reasonable distance. Any suggestions are welcome, I know about Josh Woods and “Riet” at black 13, are there any other notable artists around me?

    Kelly Doty, also in Atlanta.

    Joey and Angie Bergeron in Leesville, LA do some colorful stuff. Not “new school”…neo-traditional, maybe.

    Thanks for the info guys, Russ does some great stuff. Ill look into who you suggested CT. Im not really looking for a new school piece i just like how the new school artists really seem to bring out bright colors in everything.
