If I were you I WOULDN’T go back to the artist that did this to you. I would have concerns about his experience at this point. Check with another artist it my cost you more to fix but it would be better then having it messed up even worse. White is more or a highlighting color in my experiences. The guy did two tattoos…[Read more]

Could this be fixed with some white ink over it or something? Should I use the same artist again considering that there is quite a lot of blowout on the tattoos he has done on me?

There’s no reason to take off from the gym for the tattoo healing process. Yes, it’ll be sore, and the sweat will sting like three mother fucks, but as long as you stay out of chlorinated water, it won’t hurt your ink and your chance of infection is low.I power lift. You’re going to decide on a tattoo and then have it inked on Saturday? I usually find a design I like, then keep it for at least 6 months, if I still like it then I get it. It sounds like you will regret this because you’re rushing into it. Anyways it’s probably better getting your tattoo artist to make up the writing for you, he/she may suggest a…[Read more]

I agree with Wardy, tribal its not a great idea if you do dislke it it is hard to cover and it was a 90’s thing to get tribal. I would get an half sleeve of somehting that you like whether it be oriental or bio, somehting that covers your armband and makes a nice big piece.I never thought of a half sleeve before. Barb wire and tribal tattoos… more like 1996. 😀I don’t know what to think… you get barb wire tattoos, and a few months later decide you want tribal as a cover up? Honestly, if you’re gonna flip flop that quickly over the barb wire tattoos, what makes you think you won’t change your mind on the tribal?
I didn’t…[Read more]

Oh right, I kinda assumed you didn’t want the armbands anymore. Your artist might get annoyed, I dont know, but I’m sure he’ll be happy to give you a new tattoo since he earns money from it.Maybe just go to him and tell him what you want, ask him if he can make it look good without covering the armband. If he says no then…[Read more]

Hmm well I can’t see the image of the tribal you want, but I think it might look strange having the new tatt starting and stopping. You could consider a coverup of the barbed wire band with the new tattoo. Best thing to do is take yourself to a reputable artist and ask their opinion.Good point. I got the armbands a few month…[Read more]
