Yeah I still have plans for a “Personal Info” Body Tag tat, a New Hampshire themed tat, and a world map on my back, but the above pictured ones were examples of tats I’ve nixed. I still really like them, but know that I’ll regret them when I’m older. Does anyone have stories of tats they wish they’d never gotten (other than someone’s name, those are obvious).
If you would be so kind as to stop your sweeping generalizations of peoples I will do the same. My high risk activities do not involve IRA actions. I was referring to rock climbing, free-diving, base jumping, etc. If you wish to discuss the IRA, please PM me. I am not here to start a flame-war. In public and private, you are free to have your opinions, but if they are degrading and you can’t communicate them civilly and like an adult please confine your comments to the private and not the public forum of an unrelated website.
My avatar does. If you want to talk about it, message me, I don’t want to get this topic closed.
ppornan, Dogtags include different info for different branches. They also tend to include one’s SSN.
I guess the gist of this inquest was to figure out how much info is too much. I plan on including
Blood type
Allergies
Medical Conditions
Donar info (good call, ppornan)
should I include
Name
SSN
I hesitate with that as I don’t want someone to be able to get my personal info just because I’m walking around with my shirt off.
Hey dude-
during a session in which I was getting my first tattoo retouched, a girl was right ahead of me and she passed out in the tattoo chair. She was about 90lb and hadn’t eaten anything all day (it was past noon). Eat, be hydrated, and have plenty of sodium and potassium in your system. If you’re prone to anxiety, magnesium and some St. John Wort would help, but being properly fed and hydrated are the biggest things. No Red Bull or coffee right ahead of time (it’ll make you have to pee half way thru, which sucks too) and the potential dehydration and elevated heart rate will guarantee a lightheaded experience. So… eat about an hour ahead of time, no booze and easy on the caffeine. Drink a Gatorade/Powerade too to elevate your electrolytes and eat some chips or pretzels for the salt.
