I agree – it’s a bit “square” (as in “angular” rather than “conformist”!!) so I would expand it & soften the lines. Colour it up & add some other things to the roots & branches. It could expand into all sorts of things. Have a look at “Mind Mapping” – you could do lots with it 🙂
I understand why there were so many negative questions but I’m not a negative person so it all washes over me 🙂 My only criticism is that whoever created the survey needs to run a spell checker… it’s “Asian” not “Aisan”. Tch students eh? :p
Nicole Lowe for me – wonderful Japanese tats – my sort of thing :p
Yeah looks good to me. If he was closer to Manchester I’d be there all the time :p
Sorry it included the “]” in the URL 🙁
This one should work:-
Oops – it included the “]” in the URL – soz… try:
Ok I’ve just been to see my artist and he’s going to put some ideas together based on what I’ve talked to him about. We’re going to do my right arm in a few weeks time – probably a couple of sessions. But he’s all excited about doing the full back piece – heron & all.
I would say… live with it for a while & see how you get on with it. If you’ve just had it done you’re still not used to wearing it so you need that to settle down first. Then show your friends & see what they think – they won’t all approve but the “real” ones will at least give you some support. Then if you’re still not up to talking to your mum I would speak to another close family member – brother, sister, dad, aunt, uncle, grandmother… etc. Get their opinion on how they think your mum will react. I know I discovered quite recently that some of my aunts & uncles have had tats for years without many of the family knowing. But really I wouldn’t even consider getting a removal – it’ll be expensive, painful & you may regret doing it anyway.
Hope it all goes ok 🙂
Tremendous 🙂 Made me laugh out loud – everyone in the office just thinks I’m going a bit mad now!!
Got to be Tommy Lee but in the tattoo world Nikole Lowe 🙂
I’d never get cartoon characters inked on me, but then I am fixated on Japanese stuff 🙂 Still it made me laugh – cheered me up after my car crash last night – don’t worry I’m ok – car’s knackered but I’m ok 🙂
I’ve got my wife’s name in Japanese kanjis on my wrist. But if anything does go wrong I can always lie about what it actually says 🙂
Hmm I can see I’m going to be doing piercings once my tattoos are all done – if they can ever really be “done”! Does the one through your lip not hamper you in the kissing department? I need to be convinced on how simple it is to take them out temporarily – I’ll need to be able to take all the pins out easily & quickly as I do karate & you need to remove them all before training, competitions, etc.
Worst for me was shoulder blade, but my artist did it really quickly so it wasn’t too bad in the end. Oh and the back of my left bicep wasn’t too good either. Need to get started on the rest of my back so I’ll let you know whether there’s some more sensitive areas there!!
