If you go to a good artist in most areas of the US, not all that much. I have 3 tats and 2 of them cost over $1K just for 1 session.

Most of the lines are blurred together so I don’t think there’s much sense in coloring the little empty space there is. To be completely honest, I’d get it lasered a few times so you can have it properly re-worked.
