My next tattoo is most likely going to be a phoenix in black and gray.

Ah man, I find it upsetting when I see stuff like this, mostly because I feel bad for the person that has to either deal with a poorly done tattoo for the rest of their lives, or all the hassel of dealing with coverups or removals.

I ended up switching to cherry blossoms because the symbolism was more appropriate for me and I ended up wanting something branchy, but I still love this design!

I used vaseline intensive lotion on the first section of my tattoo like I was told to.
After my second sitting I used H2Ocean.

I’ve seen phoenix tattoos on men. They look amazing.

The good artists out here in BC tend to seem to run somewhere from $150 to $200 an hour.
They’re worth it though. If you’re going to put something on your body for good you want it done right. 🙂

A friend of mine had two tattoos on her stomach. There’s pictures of her with her big 9 month baby belly and the tattoos were stretched way out, but as soon as she had her baby they went back to normal and look great.

Side tattoos are my favourite location.
Looks cool. 🙂
