Most tattoo artists require a deposit to get a project started. It’s not likely that you’re going to get anyone to create something for you here. Keep checking your local tattoo parlors.

My back piece starts from below my neck and ends above the back of my knees. It wouldn’t have fit anywhere else on my body.

I have to disagree with it needing more detail or depth. It’s a solid tattoo. Nice composition, clean lines, plenty of detail (especially for the size), smooth shading, good use of negative space (great job with the sun and rays), and good amount of black.
