what should i do to get it to normal state? will taking benadryl work? or should i put some skin ointment on it?

have any of you guys heard of vandol? its an ointment for minor wounds and burns and for diaper rashes haha. my artist recommends it. have any of you tried it?

what if i get the outline retouched first and just wear long sleeves every training for about two weeks? or should i just wait for my season to end and just get the whole thing fixed in around 3 months?
